Jatin Madan spearheads Business Operations and Finance at Packaging Master, where his leadership is defined by exceptional dedication and discipline. He is instrumental in forging strategic relationships with top-tier vendors and growth partners, which has significantly enhanced the company’s market position.
His forward-thinking initiatives—including the adoption of the latest technology and the complete upgradation of the plant and molding infrastructure—have established new benchmarks for excellence within the industry. These efforts are not merely operational improvements; they are foundational to securing long-term growth.
Before his current role, Madan honed his expertise while leading production at his family’s business, Amar Industries, a chemicals manufacturing plant founded in 1998. It was here that he recognized a critical need: the company’s heavy reliance on plastic containers for packaging. This insight sparked a new venture, leading to the birth of Packaging Master in 2006.
Under his guidance, what began as a solution for in-house consumption has since flourished into a market leader, supplying high-quality plastic containers to a diverse range of industries.
Madan holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA in Marketing from NMIMS Mumbai.
Outside of his professional life, he is a self-proclaimed early adopter and gadget enthusiast, a passionate movie-buff, and maintains a disciplined personal routine as a keen practitioner of yoga and an avid squash player.
